Having adopted the entrepreneurial service policy as its mission in 1969, YAŞAR MAKİNA started its activities in the manufacturing sector. With its 60,000 m2 closed area and 90,000 m² open area production facilities, it operates in the field of manufacturing paddy and rice processing machines, hazelnut processing machines, on-board equipment and grain handling equipment with its experienced staff of over 300.

Offering all kinds of solutions to its customers in its fields of activity, YAŞAR MAKİNA has become a company that exports its products to more than 75 countries in the world, especially to Asian and African countries. Constantly renewing itself since the years it was founded, YAŞAR MAKİNA has enriched its machine park with computer-controlled benches. The quality of the product to be processed is tested, standard processes or special processes based on the product are created and the most efficient processing of the final product is ensured.

YAŞAR MAKİNA, which continues its investments in R&D studies and new projects without interruption, controls the performance, capacity, efficiency and life test of the machines in the paddy and rice processing facility it established in Edirne – İpsala in order to process rice in the highest quality, and carries out production by taking them to the mass production line. YAŞAR MAKİNA, which manages to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level with the robust body structure of the machines it produces, problem-free and mass operation features, its expert staff in each field in the field of advanced technology machinery park and the technical service it provides, has also proven its product and system quality with the documents it has received.

Our company has established standardization for each product produced, and the chassis, body structures and machining processes of the machines in the production line are produced entirely on electronic benches. AR-GE çalışmalarına yapılan yatırımlar ile yeni projelere aralıksız devam eden YAŞAR MAKİNA, pirincin en kaliteli bir şekilde işlenebilmesi için Edirne – İpsala’ da kurmuş olduğu çeltik ve pirinç işleme tesisinde makinaların performansını, kapasitesini, verimliliğini ve ömür testini, gerçek bir ürün akış prosesi içerisinde kontrollerden geçirmekte ve seri üretim hattına alarak üretimini yapmaktadır. Üretmiş olduğu makinelerin sağlam gövde yapısı, problemsiz ve seri çalışma özellikleri, ileri teknolojiye sahip makine parkı alanında her biri alanında uzman kadrosu ve sağladığı teknik servis ile müşteri memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutmayı başaran YAŞAR MAKİNA, ürün ve sistem kalitesini aldığı belgelerle de ispat etmiştir.

FİRMAMIZ’ da üretilen her ürün için standardizasyon oluşturmuş olup, üretim hattındaki makinaların şase, gövde yapıları ve talaşlı imalat prosesleri tamamen elektronik tezgahlarda üretilmektedir.
